The courses take students on a journey ranging from topics like descriptive and quasi-experimental methods and the Catholic notion of social justice. Students examine the nature of the human person and how it is foundational to one’s leadership philosophy. You will also study courses on topics such as administrative leadership that emphasizes the practice of human relations management as well as studying the mind, will, passions, imagination, and memory.
Central to the EdD curriculum is the pursuit of virtue and authentic human flourishing while diving deep into ancient writer and modern Catholic encyclicals. This program truly envelopes students in the life of the mind as articulated through forming the gifts of leadership.
