Elham Mousavidin, Ph.D., is the Interim Dean of the Cameron School of Business at the University of St. Thomas-Houston and an Associate Professor of Management and Marketing. She previously chaired the Management and Marketing Department from 2019 to 2026. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (MIS) and an MBA from the University of Houston, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran.

Dr. Mousavidin’s research examines how technology is socially constructed and adopted, with recent work focused on generative AI in education, information systems configuration, and big data strategy. Her scholarship has appeared in prestigious peer-reviewed journals including Business Horizons and Information Technology & People. In recognition of her contributions to the university, she received the Joseph M. McFadden Excellence in Service Award and has been nominated multiple times for teaching honors at both the department and school level.

Beyond the classroom, Dr. Mousavidin has taken on significant leadership roles at UST, including chairing the CSB Curriculum Committee, serving on the faculty senate and UST graduate curriculum committee.
