The Center or International Studies is hosting its first Distinguished Diplomat Program Luncheon for the semester with U.S. Diplomat Tom Selinger. Mr. Selinger will share stories of how our diplomats have saved American citizens in peril, opened markets, and built constructive and beneficial alliances.
