The Dean of Students is here to support students, advocate for their needs, and help create a campus community where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive.
We work closely with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners to promote:
- Leadership — encouraging students to take initiative and make a positive impact.
- Civility — fostering a campus culture built on respect, inclusion, and understanding.
- Accountability — helping students take ownership of their choices, make healthy decisions, and learn from their experiences.
- Responsibility — empowering students to make thoughtful decisions and contribute positively to the UST community.
Code of Conduct
Guiding Students
As part of the Office of Student Affairs, the Dean of Students helps uphold the Code of Student Conduct, while providing guidance to students. The Dean of Students office supports a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment for all UST students.
Have a concern, question, or challenge affecting your college experience? We’re here to listen and help. The office works with students to address concerns and complaints, connect them with the right campus resources, and navigate difficult situations.
