Join us for UST’s Annual Geaux Celts Crawfish Boil and Stations of the Cross on Friday, March 20, from 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM!

Kick off the event with Stations of the Cross at the Chapel of St. Basil at 2:30 PM, followed by the Geaux Celts Crawfish Boil at 4:00 PM in the Campus Life Mall. Enjoy mouthwatering crawfish, live music, crawfish races, photo booths, raffles, and much more! Read below for more details about what’s happening on Friday! All proceeds will benefit our Student Emergency Fund.

 Stations of the Cross - 2:30PM | Chapel of St. Basil

As a community, we will walk together through the Stations of the Cross, reflecting on the fourteen events of Jesus' Passion, culminating in His death on the cross.

Crawfish Boil - 4:00PM | Campus Life Mall

🦞 Food 

Savor delicious crawfish, red beans & rice, and beignets! Students get a free order of beignets and one complimentary pound of crawfish or red beans & rice.

Menu for Employees, Friends, and Family or Additional Purchases for Students(Credit Card ONLY)

  • Crawfish: $8.00 per lb.
  • Red Beans & Rice: $4.00
  • Beignets: $3.00

Note: If you're 21+, remember to bring your government-issued ID (no photos accepted).

Think you have what it takes to be the crawfish cornhole champion? Bring your teammate to sign up and compete! Signs up will be on a  first come first served basis and games will start at 5 pm!
