C. Joe Ueng, Ph.D. is a professor of finance who specializes in corporate governance and international investment. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and served on the CFA Institute Houston chapter board for two terms. Professor Ueng has more than twenty publications in major finance and business journals and is a regular commentator on the U.S. stock markets and the economic outlook for a major radio station and other business forums in Houston.
