Prof. Ly Phan’s areas of research and teaching interests include cultural intelligence, the role of instructional simulations and games in teaching effectiveness, Catholic social teachings and Psychology, and interpersonal connectedness. Her research areas include cultural diversity in the workplace, especially cultural intelligence.
