Dr. Reilly is a developmental psychologist who has long been engaged in interdisciplinary work. His current research emphasizes purpose and vocational development alongside philosophically and psychologically robust accounts of virtue and virtue development. He has collaborated with scientists, engineers, artists, social scientists, philosophers, and theologians, and has taught in schools of education, public affairs, engineering, and arts and sciences. Since arriving at the University of St. Thomas, he has collaborated with the Fiat Program at the McGrath Institute for Church Life, the Thomistic Institute, and AI & Faith. He also serves on the Institutional Review Board at the University of St. Thomas and as a fellow with Education for Purpose.
