Supporting Students
The Testing Center provides accommodated testing proctoring exclusively for students who are registered with the Office of Access and Disability Services (ADS) and who have approved testing accommodations.
All testing services are administered in accordance with federal disability regulations, institutional policy, and academic integrity standards.

Eligibility for Testing Services
Testing Center services are available to students who:
- Are formally registered with the Office of Access and Disability Services; and
- Have approved testing accommodations on file; and
- Have requested their accommodations for the current semester.
Scheduling an Accommodated Exam
Students must schedule all testing appointments through the AIM Student Portal.
Key reminders:
- Accommodation letters must be requested each semester through AIM
- Exams must be scheduled in advance and within the instructor’s approved testing window
- Late or same-day requests may not be accommodated due to space or staffing limitations
Testing Center Expectations
To maintain a secure and equitable testing environment, students are expected to:
- Arrive on time with valid photo identification
- Follow all proctor instructions
- Store personal belongings as directed
- Adhere to all academic integrity standards.
Failure to comply with Testing Center policies may result in the exam being discontinued and referred for review under the Student Code of Conduct.
Faculty Information
Faculty are responsible for:
- Receiving accommodation letters through the AIM Instructor Portal
- Submitting exam materials and instructions in accordance with ADS guidelines
- Ensuring testing windows and permitted materials are clearly communicated.
Exams will only be administered in alignment with approved accommodations issued by ADS.
